THE ORIGIN OF DATA

The personal data that we treat in LandingTrack SL come directly from you: The interested party or his legal representative.

- Economic-Financial: includes information corresponding to the valid payment method: credit card number, expiration date of the credit card, security digits, address associated with the payment method.

- Specially protected data is not processed.

TRUTHFULNESS OF DATA

The interested party or his legal representative guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and updated; committing itself to inform of any change that is required to be made on the data provided. It is reported that the interested party will be liable for any damage or loss, both direct and indirect, that may result as a result of breach of this obligation.

In the event that the user provides data from third parties, declares that he has the consent of the interested parties and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this clause, exempting the organization from any liability arising from the failure to comply with this obligation.

CONSERVATION

Data retention periods or criteria: The personal data provided will be kept as long as the relationship with the entity is maintained and its deletion is not requested by the interested party, they will be kept according to the legal terms established in fiscal and accounting matters, taking as reference the last communication.
